adrenals
In medicine we talk about two states:
Mb.Addison where the adrenal glands produce too little cortisol, which can be life threatening and Mb. Cushing when too much cortisol is produced. Of course there are degrees of binjuretrötthet in between which is not addressed, but which has great significance for the treatment of items in the function of the thyroid gland.
A good way to measure cortisol is saliva samples in one day as opposed to cortisol in plasma (blood) which cortisolet protein bound and not biologically active.
This is not recognized properly by conventional medicine, which means that many patients do not receive proper treatment. We must first deal with the adrenal glands and then possibly in the function of the thyroid gland.
There are links between all the endocrine organs of the body and the imbalance in the body can lead to an imbalance in one or more other bodies which of course means that treatment must be tailored for each patient.
